decal. Companies have been carefully selected, audited
and accredited, based on our stringent selection
criteria for their workmanship, customer service
and financial integrity.
For that added Assurance, homeowners who have engaged
any of hbay's panel of preferred design and build
companies for their home renovation can request
for their site audit checks by hbay from

hbay's preferred Design & Build Companies have
met strict minimum criteria to be on the panel,
hbay cannot guarantee that there will not be any
problems and disputes during the course of the project.
hbay, however, will offer a dispute resolution process
to projects that have engaged hbay's site audit
checks service. For projects that have engaged hbay's
site audit checks service, hbay shall assist homeowners
in resolving any disputes/ workmanship problems
that may arise and which may be the fault of the
panel company. Homeowner must agree however to participate
and use good faith efforts to resolve problems through
the hbay resolution process or otherwise, hbay may
in its sole discretion, determines that you have
not participated and cooperated in good faith in
the resolution process, hbay may cease to carry
out further any such resolution process.
