FINAL audit check service
a. Only applicable for projects
above $10,000.00 in contract value.
b. hbay shall conduct only one
final check on-site after the
renovation is completed. A defects
list, if any, will be drawn-up
by hbay and will be sent to the
design & build company for
their follow-up actions. Homeowners
will also receive a copy of the
defects list.
c. Applications for must be accompanied
by full payment to be valid. All
payments must be made only by
cheque and made payable to "hbay
Pte Ltd".
2. STANDARD
site audit check service
a. hbay shall conduct not less
than 3 audit checks on on-going
projects. These checks will
generally coincide with the
critical stages identified by
hbay. Homeowner can refer to
an on-site log sheet to see
the visits made by the hbay's
Site Auditor.
b. Homeowner will expect to
receive a final site audit report
prepared by hbay at the end
of their renovation project.
c. Applications for must be
accompanied by full payment
to be valid. All payments must
be made only by cheque and made
payable to "hbay Pte Ltd".

Additional terms and conditions
a. hbay's involvement in any
renovation project is purely
on an audit check basis only
(i.e. to ensure that the final
products delivered on-site is
according to industry and hbay's
standards). hbay shall not
be involved and be held responsible
for the co-ordination of the
renovation works on site and
also, will not be involved in
any price or discount or compensatory
negotiations between the homeowners
and the respective design and
build company.
b. Applicants will receive a
confirmation letter for the
above services from hbay within
2 weeks from our receipt of
the application form. Kindly
contact hbay's customer service
at 6293 8990 should you fail
to receive this letter.
c. This form shall only constitute
as an application for hbay's
site audit check service. hbay
shall, at its sole discretion,
reserve the rights to accept
or reject any application. The
payment (if any) that accompanies
the application will be returned
to the applicant if his/her
application is unsuccessful.
d. Application form must be
duly completed and be submitted
to hbay within 10 days from
the Date of Confirmation of
the Renovation Contract. Late
applications may be rejected,
hbay's decision is final.
